Ordering Process and Policies

For standard products

Product Selection: On Awnopy, you can browse through our selection of standard products, select the desired color, size, and quantity of the product you wish to purchase.

Add to Cart: Once you have selected the product(s), add them to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.

Verification: On the checkout page, verify the details of your order including product(s), quantity, and shipping address. If you need to make any changes, you can do so at this stage.

Payment: Once you have verified the details of your order, you can proceed to make the payment through the available payment methods on our website.

Order Confirmation: After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from us which will contain the details of your order and estimated delivery time.

Shipping: We are committed to shipping your order within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the payment. However, in some cases, such as public holidays, national holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, we may not be able to ship the products within this time frame. If the delay is expected to exceed 5 days, we will inform you about the delay and provide you with an estimated delivery date. If the delay is not acceptable to you, you have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Dispatch: The orders will be shipped by the courier and the shipping time might vary according to the pincodes, and we cannot commit to the shipping time. Please note that the price quoted is according to surface mode transportation. In case you require the parcel to be delivered faster, you can opt for air transportation, and we can arrange that for an additional cost (refer pricing policy).

We recommend that you provide us with accurate and complete shipping information, including your full name, address, pin code, and phone number, to avoid any delivery delays. We will not be responsible for any delays or damages caused due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

Once the product is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking information so that you can track your order. If you face any issues with delivery or tracking, you can reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

For Customized products

Product Selection: On Awnopy, you have the option to customize your product based on your specific requirements. Select the product you wish to customize and choose the available customization options.

Customization Details: After selecting the product and customization options, enter the details for your customized product. You can upload an image of your customized product if required.

Price Calculation: Based on your customization details, the price of your customized product will be automatically calculated and displayed on the website.

Order Confirmation: After reviewing the details and price of your customized product, confirm the order. We may contact you via phone, message or email to confirm the details of your order.

Payment: Once the details of your order are confirmed, you can proceed to make the payment through the available payment methods on our website.

Changes to Order: If you need to make any changes to your order after it has been confirmed, you must contact us immediately. Any changes made after order confirmation may impact the final price of the product.(refer pricing policy).

Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the order if the customization details or the uploaded image is found to be invalid or not in compliance with our policies. We may also cancel the order if we are unable to reach you for confirmation.

Shipping: the shipping cost will be calculated based on the complexity and quantity of the product. Once we have considered all the factors, we will send you an email confirming the dispatch date before processing the order. In some unforeseen scenarios, such as high demand or an unexpected delay in manufacturing, your order may get delayed up to 7 days. If the delay exceeds 7 days from the committed dispatch date, you have the option to cancel the order. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and any changes to the expected delivery date.

Dispatch:

For local delivery within Jaipur, the product can either be shipped by courier or our delivery partner will come to deliver the parcel. Other than Jaipur, the shipping time might vary according to the pincodes, and we cannot commit to the shipping time. Please note that the price quoted is according to surface mode transportation. In case you require the parcel to be delivered faster, you can opt for air transportation, and we can arrange that for an additional cost (refer pricing policy).

Return & Replacement Policies

For Standard Size Orders & Custom Orders

At Awnopy, we take special care in ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy under certain conditions.

Important Notes

Our fabric-manufactured products will always come with a tolerance ranging from 1 inch to 5 inches, as specified in the product description and specifications details.
Please note that the photos of our products are taken in perfect lighting conditions, and some of the images are taken outdoors. The colors may vary depending on the reflection of light, so there may be a slight variation in color between the photo and the physical product.

The customer can return or replace the product on Awnopy under the following conditions:

Manufacturing defect: If the product has a defect when received or has functional issues that don't serve its purpose, you can return or replace the product.

Damaged Item: If the product has obvious damage on its packaging or upon opening the packaging you discover that the product has sustained physical damage, please contact us within 48 (Forty Four) hours from the time of delivery. You will also be required to provide us with proof of purchase and any delivery documentation.

Wrong Item: If you received an incorrect product or the received item is different from the ordered product, please contact us within 48 (Forty Four) hours from the time of delivery. You will also be required to provide us with proof of purchase and any delivery documentation.

Mismatch in sizes or colors: If the size of the delivered product's dimensions are not as committed(lower or more than the committed tolerance) or if the color of the product is not correct (as per notes), you can return or replace the product.

Missing items: In the event that any components, as clearly indicated on the product detail page, are absent from the delivered product, we are committed to promptly addressing the issue by prioritizing the shipment of the missing items to you.

Non-eligible reasons for return or replacement with Awnopy for Standard Size orders & Customize orders

Physical damages during installation: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is installed correctly. We provide detailed installation instructions to assist the customer with the installation process. If the product is damaged during installation, we will not accept a return.

Product damaged due to wrong installation: If the product is damaged due to incorrect installation, we will not accept a return. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is installed correctly.

Product damaged due to mishandling: If the product is damaged due to mishandling, we will not accept a return. The customer is responsible for handling the product with care.

Product damaged due to natural disaster: At Awnopy, we understand that there are many factors beyond our control when it comes to outdoor products. This includes natural disasters such as heavy winds, heavy rain, storms, or any other type of natural disaster. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to our products due to these circumstances.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer replacements for products that are damaged due to natural disasters. We recommend that you take necessary precautions to protect your outdoor products during such events, such as securing them or taking them inside if possible.

For Customize Orders

Wrong size or design provided by the customer: We take special care to manufacture products that meet the specifications provided by our customers. However, if a customer provides inaccurate size or design specifications, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they provide accurate size and design specifications, and only after getting confirmation from us, we will start manufacturing the product. If the delivered product was as per the ordered dimensions and design, but the customer took the wrong measurement or provided the wrong design, we cannot initiate a refund or replacement.

Customer not liking the color: We make every effort to ensure that our product images accurately represent the colors of our products. However, due to variations in lighting and individual computer monitor settings, there may be differences in the actual color of the product compared to the product images. If a customer doesn't like the color of the product after receiving it, we cannot initiate a refund or replacement.

We hope that our customers understand that we cannot accept returns or initiate refunds in cases where the issues are beyond our control or responsibility. However, we will always work with our customers to resolve any issues and concerns in a fair and transparent manner.

Verification Process: For eligible returns, we will process the refund after receiving the returned product. If you opt for a replacement, we will dispatch the product through our reliable courier services (as per our shipping policy), and the delivery timeline will depend on the pin code. Please note that the replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned product has been received and verified.

Return Process: If you wish to return a product, please raise a return request within 7 days of the receipt of the product. Our customer service team will arrange for the pickup of the product from the delivery address mentioned at the time of placing the order.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition with all the packaging, tags, and accessories intact. You may be required to provide proof of purchase at the time of pickup. Also might need to send us the picture and video of the product for verification. Our service team will conduct a final verification upon receiving the product.

Please note that if the product fails to pass the verification process, we reserve the right to reject the return request.

Cancellation Policy

For Standard Products:

Customers have the full right to cancel the order for standard sized products. If the order has not been shipped, we can cancel the order and initiate a full refund to the customer. However, if the order is cancelled after shipping, we may need to charge the customer a percentage of the order amount.

For Customized Products:

At Awnopy, we offer custom-based orders where the product will be customized according to your requirement. We provide many elements for customization and request the customer to explain their requirements in detail via the comments section. Customers can also upload images to assist us in understanding their needs.

Cancellation by Awnopy: We reserve the right to cancel the order for the following circumstances

if we find that the elements selected for customization do not match the information or the image provided for the order.
If there is a possibility of an increase in price due to the information and diagram provided by the customer, and the customer does not agree to the pricing.
In some unforeseen circumstances if there is unavailability of the raw materials at time of execution we may cancel the order.
If the customer wants to cancel the order due to additional charges for air mode transportation (as this is not preferred by Awnopy).

Cancellation by the Customer: In the event that a customer wishes to cancel a customized order prior to the commencement of manufacturing (typically initiated within 48 hours of the order placement), we are more than willing to accommodate their request and provide a complete refund. However, if a customer decides to cancel the order after the manufacturing process has begun for the customized product, cancellation is still possible. It is important to note that in such cases, we reserve the right to recoup the costs associated with the work and resources already invested in the production of the item. The amount charged may vary depending on the specific circumstances, and in certain instances, it may encompass the entire order value.

Refund Policy

Awnopy will initiate the refund within 72 hours from the cancellation date or the returned date. In some circumstances, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Once the refund is initiated, it will be credited to your original method of payment within 3 to 4 business days.

For cancelled orders: Standard order cancellation: If the customer cancels the order before shipping, we will initiate a full refund. If the cancellation is made after shipping, we may need to charge the customer a percentage of the order amount.

Customized order cancellation:

Cancelled order before manufacturing: If the customer cancels the order before we start manufacturing the customized product (our team will notify the status of the custom order and you can also see the status on your account), we will initiate a full refund.
Cancelled orders after manufacturing has started: If the customer wants to cancel the order after we have started manufacturing, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the work, materials used, and the effort we have put in. In some cases, we may need to charge the whole amount of the order or a percentage of the order value.

For returned orders:

If the product is returned and passes our verification process, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product. The refund will be processed in the same way as the original payment was made.

Please note that if we find any violation of our cancellation or return policy, we reserve the right to reject the request for refund.

Customers receive a tracking number via email or message once the product is shipped. Please note that Awnopy reserves the right to change the minimum order value and shipping cost as necessary.

Surface mode shipping: Orders below INR 499.00 incur a shipping charge of INR 250.00. Orders over INR 499.00 receive free shipping. Shipping time varies by pincode but generally takes up to 14 days from our warehouse in Jaipur.
Air mode shipping: Customers must pay additional charges for air mode shipping, and fees vary based on pincode. Please contact us directly to request air mode shipping.

International shipping is available for an additional fee, which includes duty and custom clearance charges. Customers may also need to provide additional documentation for international shipments.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

At Awnopy, we offer two modes of domestic shipping: surface mode and air mode. Please note that our website currently only allows for surface mode shipping.

Surface Mode Shipping: For all domestic orders shipped via surface mode, the following policies apply:

Shipping Charges: Orders below INR 499.00 are subject to a shipping charge of INR 250.00. Orders over INR 499.00 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Time: Shipping time varies by pincode and accessibility to the location. Generally, it takes up to 14 days from our warehouse in Jaipur to reach the destination.

Air Mode Shipping: Customers can contact us directly to request air mode shipping. Please note that air mode shipping is subject to additional charges based on pincode.

Minimum Order Value and Transportation Charges: Please note that we reserve the right to change the minimum order value and increase the transportation charges at any time. Multiple factors, including transportation and fuel costs, may affect our shipping costs, and we strive to provide the most competitive prices while maintaining quality service.

International Shipping Policy

At Awnopy, we offer international shipping to our customers outside India. Our international shipping rates vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery Time: Delivery times for international shipments can vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, and other factors. We provide an estimated delivery time frame at the time of checkout, but please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on factors outside of our control.

Please also note that Awnopy reserves the right to change our international shipping policy at any time, including changing shipping rates and excluding certain destinations from our shipping options.
