To track the status of an order, customers can visit the order tracking page on the company's website. The "Order Tracking" option is located in the quick links section at the bottom of the website's page. Yes, the company provides free shipping for all its products. The company offers free surface mode shipping for orders above 499 rupees, while orders below 499 rupees are subject to shipping charges. In the case of air-mode shipping, additional charges apply based on the pin code. International shipping is also available for an additional fee, which includes duty and custom clearance charges. When measuring corner windows, it is important to leave a 2 to 3 inch gap from the corner to ensure a proper fit for the blinds.

What is the process for measuring bay windows correctly?

To ensure that the headrail of the blinds fits the window frame, it is recommended to leave a gap of 2 to 3 inches on the two corners between the three windows while measuring bay windows.

What is the difference between inside and outside mount?

Inside mount refers to blinds installed within the window frame, while outside mount refers to blinds installed outside the window frame, either on the wall or ceiling. The inside mount of blinds cannot completely block the light as there is a gap between blind and the fabric used whereas outside mount blinds can completely cover the window frame which blocks the light.

Can the control side of the blinds be changed while ordering?

For custom orders, customers have the option to select the side of the cord control for their blinds during the ordering process. However, for standard blinds, the cord control is positioned on the right side by default.

What is the measurement unit for the weight of fabric?

Grams per square meter (gsm) is the measurement unit of the weight of the fabric.

When taking window measurements, should one round up or down to the nearest value?

When measuring for indoor blinds, the customer should round down the value as the headrail needs to fit inside the window frame. However, for outdoor blinds, if the customer wants to cover the entire window, they should round up the value when taking measurements.

Which tools to use for measuring the window?

When measuring a window, it is advisable to use steel tape for accurate results. Unlike fabric tape which may sway and lose tension, a steel tape remains firm and ensures precise measurements.

Which unit of measurement should be used to measure a window?

When measuring a window, we suggest using centimeters as the unit of measurement as it allows for precise decimal values. This can be especially helpful when rounding up to the nearest whole number, such as in the case of a window with a length of 99.5 cm, which can be rounded up to 100 cm.

What is the warranty provided on all products?

The company does not offer a specific warranty on the product. However, we take responsibility for any issues that may occur during the delivery process, such as manufacturing defects, damaged items, missing items, wrong items, or mismatches in color and sizes. If a standard order is cancelled before shipping, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Do I have to preinstall a rod before purchasing curtains?

Customers with preinstall rods can opt for loop curtains that come with a self sticking loops. However, for eyelet curtains, customers need to hang the curtains on the rod first and then mount the rod on the wall.

Yes, the company offers customization for all of its products.

The color accuracy of images is about 90% because the plastic material used in the product can reflect light.

Can the customer view how the fabric products will appear when light passes through them on your website?

At present, we do not offer a video demonstration of how light passes through the fabric on our website. However, we are continuously working to enhance our customer's experience, and our technical team is exploring options to develop and upload such videos in the future.
