We want you to be able to use your purchase immediately, without having to wait for it to be assembled. Return policy

Cancellation policy

You can cancel orders before we issue and execute the invoice for such products. Orders cannot be cancelled after the invoice is generated and order is dispatched.

If you decide to change your mind about a specific order, you may contact us on returns@awnopy.com. Kindly make sure the email contains a copy of your invoice, details of your request and the tracking number details

Policy on Returns 

We appreciate your business at Awnopy. We produce our goods with the utmost care and under the guidance of skilled professionals. Our team ensures every product passes strict quality and functionality tests. Nonetheless, we have flexible return policies as a safety net.

Any product that you purchase from us is subject to the following conditions:

  • A product which is not customised as per your requirements can be returned within a period of 15 days from the date of the delivery. 
  • A product which is customised as per your specific measurements and specifications can only be returned in case of the following conditions:
    • The product received is damaged.
    • The product received is not as per the specifications mentioned in the order
    • The product is not functioning properly for example, roller blinds not working properly, fabric has defects or if there is a major quality issue in the product.
  • Product returns are allowed only in India. For product returns outside India, returns are only acceptable if the product specifications are not up to the mark. For returns outside India please email returns@awnopy.com and mention in subject line International Return.
  • Any broken accessories can be returned and replaced within 15 days of delivery, any damage to the product must be notified in writing on returns@awnopy.com.
  • The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for any items returned from outside of India.
  • You acknowledge that we will not accept the product's return: (i) if you ordered the incorrect model, colour, or product (for example, personalised products that cannot be returned due to their nature); (ii) if the product is in the non-returnable product category; and (iii) if you fail to request a return or file a complaint concerning a non-compliant product within the return period. Any harm to the product brought on by improper usage or storage, any alterations made to the product by the user or a third party, or a decline in value due to other factors, shall not be deemed a non-compliant product and will not be considered.

Refund Policy Requirements

Please check the following to see if the products qualify for a return:

  • The products are in their original packaging and are undamaged. They should be in the original state, in which they were found by the customer.
  • You have the purchase confirmation or receipt. This helps in accurate verification of the order.

The following items are not returnable:

  • Products that are customised for the customer
  • The goods that, by nature, cannot be returned, degrade quickly, or have passed their expiration dates such as customised covers of perishable material.
  • The goods opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return for grounds of hygiene or health protection.
  • The products that, by nature, are combined with other goods after delivery, for example covers attached with accessories. 
  • In our sole discretion, we have the right to deny returns of items that do not adhere to the 

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Processing of all off the shelf product orders takes place in 3 business days. Shipments can be a bit late if we deal with a high volume of orders. We will call or email you if there is a delay in shipping your order.
  • For all customizable orders, our lead times vary between 5-7 working days depending on the size and complication of the order.
  • Every order is shipped out of our facility in Jaipur, India. We try our best to cater to remote areas as well.
  • If our shipping carrier misplaces your order, we shall investigate the matter. However, you agree and recognise that we may ask for or gather certain information, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact information, etc. to ensure prompt delivery of the ordered products to you.
  • You are responsible for making sure that all information you provide to us is true, complete, accurate, and sufficient to pinpoint the precise delivery location. You are aware that if we are unable to deliver the purchased products to you as a result of your failure to supply accurate and adequate information at the time of placing the order, you will be held entirely responsible. 

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times

  • The product price quoted here includes the basic shipping costs and GST.
  • For large or odd sized orders, our shipping team will get in touch with you for any additional charges or clarifications.
  • We provide a choice of shipping alternatives because of the products we sell. You will have an option to opt for a faster shipping method with an additional charge.

Order tracking and confirmation of shipments

  • We use a reputed shipping partner to hand over the order in the safest hand. 
  • We will also provide information on your orders after they have been shipped to the email address and mobile number you have registered with us. 
  • You acknowledge and agree that while we make every effort to ship and deliver our products throughout India and outside, we may, at our sole discretion, identify a limited number of places that are inaccessible for product delivery. In unserviceable areas, we or our logistic partners do not offer shipping and delivery services. We might be unable to complete your orders. 
  • When a user places an order to buy products on the Awnopy, we will let them know if a location has been judged unserviceable by us. By inputting the appropriate area's pin code on the Awnopy, you can also check whether a location is unserviceable for deliveries by us.

Damages

  • Awnopy takes responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit. If Your Order arrived damaged, contact us with the shipping company to make a claim.

Shipping Outside India

  • The cost of shipping is included in the product price listed here.
  • The client pays the duty and any additional fees incurred by the customer.
  • Every order is shipped out of our facility in Jaipur, India.
  • We strive to deliver to clients' doors, but in some rural locations, they must pick it up from the closest courier service pick-up centre.
  • We will work with a reputable shipping partner to ensure that the order is delivered in the safest possible condition.
  • Once dispatched, we issue a tracking number to the registered phone number and email address.
  • We try to serve isolated locations as well.

International Shipping

International Shipping

Overstock is proud to offer international shipping to over 180 countries and several US Territories in partnership with Landmark Global and FedEx Crossborder. Canada orders will be processed through our website. All other international orders will process through FedEx Crossborder. Overstock’s award winning Customer Care Team still handles any service needs you may have.

About Landmark Global

Overstock has partnered with Landmark Global to handle the shipping of our Canada orders. The order is shipped to Landmark Global’s freight forwarding facility located in New York where it will be handed to a Canada Carrier to finalize the delivery to you.
